Seems pretty sketchy but I've bought ivermectin, few other flukacides, antibiotics and more several times from https://www.arrowmeds.com/ they're indian but almost all of our pharmaceuticals come from india or china. You place an order then theyll send you a paypal bill. You have to enter the order number in the notes on paypal and say you're buying clothes. Lol. I know. Sketchy af.
