HELP! My X account has been hacked. Can any of you autists tell this caveman what I can do about it?

I was able to change the password, so I guess I'll wait a little while and see if everything seems normal. If there is any more suspicious activity I will do as you suggest and dump it. Thanks for your help pooch.
