Anyway, for years now I have tried to talk to people (when they ask) about how I stay so fit and healthy. It has to do with a healthy diet, no smoking or alcohol, gym workouts 5 days a week, aerobics and weight lifting, proper vitamins and supplements.
After a few minutes I see their eyes glaze over and I realize that few people have the discipline to actually start doing any of those things.
