SCOTUS already ruled that the Federal government can NOT limit abortion. They made it a state right according to the Constitution. The ruling cuts both ways. The Federal government can't block abortion laws passed by the state. Regardless if it is a pro abortion law or an anti-abortion law. The ruling was never about their personal opinion on abortion, it was about States rights and Constitutional law.
