Well that and I've cut out or down a lot of carbs. So far I have lost 9 pounds. George's stomach can't handle all the veggies as he's usually on one end of the bathroom spectrum...and now I've thrown him into the other side of it. KEK! I told him he'd get used to it and he will feel much better. Today however, will be a carb day with his favorite Spaghetti.
I'm not about to let my garden go to waste. I've cooked 'fresh' veggies for the last 2 weeks. You name it and I have cooked it. I make a yummy medley of veggies that I call my RATATOOEY! Broccoli, Cauliflower, Zucchini, Carrots with some soft cooked onions and a bit of minced garlic. Then throw in the veggies and a cup of beef or chicken broth. Taste before seasoning. George loves it.
You too. It's been a very tiring week for me.
I can understand that... You do a lot for you dil and I'm sure it gets to you at times...
