Corn has narrow, and shallow roots. I could not guess how many of life's problems, wound up in a cornfield. Just a shovel depth on one side of the plant, a shovel on the other side, life the plant straight up and lay to the side, Continue along a row for ~10 ft. Dig a nice narrow hole to depth, get rid of the garbage, cover and preplace the plants. It will sit there, and won't be disturbed until multi-ton combine drives over to remove the corn from the husk of the pant.
Then it will remain, covered in snow, until the following spring, when a plow will turn the soil over, at a depth of approximately 8-12 inches. Then it will sit again, and the soil will either again be planted with crops, or perhaps a disk will again smooth the soil surface 4-6" depth with a disk plow, before being planted with small grain.
Great idea! But....I read somewhere recently that 90% of USA corn is GMO. Adding homo sapiens as fertilizer, to this mix, well I think I’m gonna have to pass on tacos, chips & enchiladas forever from now on. 🤢🤮☹️Kek

Lots of farmland in the Midwest.
I was saying fertilizer. Pretty darn close but you supplied the recipes.

Corn roots uprooted and turned over would make a great replacement for the DEI White House Spokesperson.
