Bill Still’s Money Masters. It is just as long as the OP’s video 3.5 hrs. It is rich in info on the history of Central Banking, going back to Bank of England 1694. I had to watch it in 15 to 30 minute chucks to digest. Went through it twice. But it is comprehensive.
