I’m posting this everywhere- snipers do NOT miss. What if the person who died was the actual target? What if the DS took out a WH sniper - so the warring fractions had people on both sides which would explain why the sniper was allowed to be there and why he missed because they don’t miss or they die.

He looked like a run of the mill DEI he/she pedo. Unless he was MKUltra’d which is possible, I highly doubt he was a trained sniper.
