So it may be hard to watch and get through because it can be annoying, but a witness claims she saw a black motorcycle pull in where only cop cars were allowed outside of the building the shooter was apparently on. The rider was wearing black, skinny jeans, and a don't tread on me flag around the neck - witness makes comments that this rider could be trying to look like "one of us". Witness mentions a door to the building that was previously closed is now wide open. Witness mentions police storm the building through door.

Shorter more annoying video but shows the motorcycle was still there the next day. : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uRtf_ut0_3g
I have seen the water tower theory as well and it's worth noting that the view from the shorter video of the open door and motorcycle is on the same side where the water tower is, Meridian Dr. Just making a note of location. There is a road that leads right up to the water tower from Meridian Dr.
The 1:24 mark of this media video shows that there is indeed a motorcycle and the right side door open that the witness was claiming. : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6tReC8aNS0A
Correction : Meridian Rd
Video showing police (struggling) going through the open door the witness saw a bunch of police run through after witness saw rider and heard shots.

Also in the first half of the video, watch background. Hard to tell but is the guy just standing outside in khaki cargo shorts and black tshirt and maybe a fishing hat wearing a yellow bandana or flag around his face? Or is this a beard?
Can't tell if he was in front of door already or ifhe was the guy coming in from the left view along the building passing the windows. What is he doing? Changed pants? Someone totally different? Interesting.u/LoneJury in this video you can sort of see the legs of the water tower and it looks like it's fairly close to the building compared to Google Maps. Might help with whatever you end up doing there with putting things in perspective.
