Biden's endorsing Kamala automatically releases his campaign funds to her. If she then drops out of the race after receiving the funds from Biden, could she endorse yet another person and transfer the funds again? This sounds like the makings of some intricate back-stage maneuverings.

Ive seen no footage of Biden saying he dropped out and no footage of Kamala accepting. Only MSM or handlers. Kamala might not be it either. It looks that way but hold on the movies not over.
