Italy bans solar on agricultural land

The Italian government has banned solar PV installations on agricultural land in a move that observers said could cost Italy €60 billion.

Just outside the small town of Roxboro, NC, there is a field of solar panels. The grass grows around them. To keep the grass down, sheep graze there. That allows the land to be used both ways. I just worry about chemicals in the soil.
