ACTUALLY! What Assange actually said about Trump was that it's hard to release anything worse than the stuff that comes out of his mouth!
So basically... yeah, you can take Trump at his word. Assange would love to catch Trump in a lie. But all the worst stuff about him, he's very open about.

They're not lefties because they're smart or consistent... they're lefties because they're brainwashed. Assange was popular with the Occupy Wall Street crowd, too.

It was a genuine question. Most lefties I've seen disavowed him as a Trump sympathizer after 2016 because they were butthurt that the leaks hurt mainly democrats. Kind of like how they all loved Elon Musk until they were told not to.
a lot of lefties have been genuinely redpilled since then. true, many have turned on Musk. but Assange was primarily a non-partisan political figure, while Musk was primarily a businessman who became very political. Plus Assange was never really known for his wealth, but for his persecution. He's an extremely sympathizable character. Most of the lefties that turned on Assange are probably part of the 4-6%.

Unless Trump gets all the blackmail files from the FBI I can't see how Congress won't try blocking his plans again. Or maybe he should threaten to release all their tax records, after all they released his so only fair. Make an Executive Order that all public servants have to release their taxes online, including Judges.
In fact he ought to do what that fella in El Salvador is doing. Whether he will or not....god I hope he's learned something from last time.
