I am pretty sure cops would not draw a weapon while searching for a mere "suspicious" person. The individual would need to be defined as a "threat." This is solid evidence to indicate that Crooks was considered a "threat" for at least fwo minutes prior to him shooting. This flatly refutes the lying testimony that Cheatle and others gave to congress.
