Unpopular opinion, but I would've totally done that at the age of 13+. I can't remember how many teachers I lusted after in 8th grade on. Hell, I flirted with many!
Very unpopular, do you have children? Do you want them doing that?
I do have have a daughter and of course the answer is no. As everyone else has stated, it's on the adult to not do those things. I was just pointing out from the perspective of a horny boy growing up at the time.
