Pretty much funded by laundered and stolen taxpayer dollars. Then once in the country illegals are supported by social programs once again funded by the taxpayers. Ever wonder why the people feel too poor and disenfranchised to achieve the American dream? This is why. They're labor (energy) is being stolen every which way from them.
