This is two different subjects. Children in school can Not learn anything with a phone in their hand. Then pretending a child with a phone is responsible for dialing 911 is absurd.

I take my kids out of school anyway but AR has a very good success rating from public school.

I have seen videos of attacks from student cell phone before.
