I've heard it said that if we are attacked by a foreign country, that attack could trigger the intervention of the military in our election process. Could this whole trend by the EU to try and censor people all over the world, be construed as an attack/attempt by a foreign power to interfere in our election? Could this give the military the right to come in and run an election that is done 100% with paper ballots, with all of those ballots being counted on the day of the election?
Amen, as the EU has no jurisdiction here in the US as we have no jurisdiction in the EU. They would have jurisdiction if we committed a crime in their juridiction. But our Constitution allows us free speech no matter what they scream.
