Today DC In the DC case, Trump's team and Jack Smith filed a joint status report at midnight Friday about next steps. Smith says they are ready to file their motion regarding immunity. Trump's team want motions starting Sept 30th and going on for months

Smith left the schedule up to the judge and Trump's lawyers want the DOJ to Though Smith declined to propose a new schedule for the election case in Friday’s joint filing, Trump’s defense team put forward a specific proposal that would allow pretrial motions in the case to stretch into January.

Sept 18th sentencing in NY criminal case

Also Friday, ahead of his SEP 18th sentencing date in the NY criminal case, Trump is trying to get it moved to federal court based on the fact some of the evidence involved officials acts and the SCOTUS immunity ruling prevents this, but the judge rejected it immediately because Trump's literally made the wrong filing. Unclear if he can submit it again.
