My nephew plays in the band at Jr. High level. Every year they invite surrounding schools to join their halftime performance. This is our 3rd year to attend, but the first to experience these events:

We pd to park, "Are you a registered voter?" Ticket gate, same question. Concession stand, same question. Guy who helps you find your seat, same question. During the game numerous times over the loud speaker, same question.

We were offered free items to change our affiliation. Shirts, campus gear, and you guessed it! Gift cards!

Meanwhile, they're are many Harris/Waltz signs all over and people wearing the blue shirts.
