I live in a very Right leaning area and all I heard tonight was “I wish he hadn’t said that”, “what was that about” etc. Obviously, Q+ never says something that doesn’t come to light. So how do I combat this narrative? Is it true? Does anyone have any good links to share? I visit the watering hole frequently and I have my ear to the general talking points, which usually revolve around sports. But tonight was different, at least three people came up to me and mentioned the cats/dogs thing. Some sauce would be great right now.

I wish I had good advice but it really seems like reason and logic cannot be used here.. I still haven't figured out a good response to the whole, "I agree with what he says but he's an asshole" narrative..
What I find works is to just have an attitude and say, "This is what's going to happen when Trump wins.." and just start outlining everything Trump said he would do.. It seems to shut people up more than reasoning.
