We already know from Q that checkmate is when certain people try to escape to Kenya.

Until that takes place there is no checkmate.

Until tribunals and Gitmo is filled to the brim with traitors, there is no checkmate.

If we are in checkmate right now then this was the stupidest game of stalemate crap I have ever played in.

We don't know know if it's checkmate for only 1 person or many. I'm interpreting this as checkmate for ABC/Disney. He caught them and now they can be investigated. Potentially losing their broadcast license.

Supposedly kenya won't matter. Pompeo took care of that a while back. I think it was something w/barry's "dual citizenship", which apparently is not an issue any more.
