Speed limits are persecution. I was first exposed to this RADICAL understanding of the law when I lived in Illinois. I was in court that day for going 21-31 over the "speed limit". I should have got an immediate dismissal but I wasn't... Everybody with a common law lawyer was getting immediate dismissals including myself and the prosecution didn't even say a word. The lawyers spoke a different language that I couldn't understand but the one word I kept hearing over and over again including from my lawyer was Common Law. Each common law lawyer only spoke for about a minute or two but it was an open and closed case once they did.
Later I ran into Freeman-on-the-land and I finally understood potentially the reason why we all got dismissals that day, Common law TRUMPS De Facto law. In essence because I didn't violate anyelses God given rights as speeding is not a crime against another person they had to let me go.
Please share your comments and experiences on this, would like to learn as much as possible before sending something this radical to the powers that be.
What?
The history of human rights in Western Civilization is the history of Constitutionalism and of the Common Law. They all begin at Runnymede, England in 1215 with the Magna Carta, a set of restrictions on the power of the British monarchy. The Magna Carta was the first constitution in the western world, and the origin of the rule of law in place of rule by monarchs.
Importantly, Rule #1of the Magna Carta was “The English church shall be free.” Not accidentally, our First Amendment to the United States Constitution also begins “Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”
I have been asked several times "What is Lawful Rebellion?
The word Rebellion has several definitions, one of these definitions is a word that has been used often to describe active dissent against the Government. The word is Revolution!
Rebellion can be defined as;
1.Refusal to consent to an authority a code or a convention.
Lawful can be defined as;
Staying within the boundaries of the Law.
Actions which are permitted by Law.
Methods of dissent that do not violate any Laws.
A lawful refusal to consent to an authority that is unjust!
Revolution itself is an abolishment or refusal to comply with established authority, combined with a complete replacement of an already established Government or other political system by the People that are governed.
History has produced a document which clearly defines the issue of Lawful Rebellion. This definition can be found in article 61 of the Magna Carta. <...> Constitutional Law, Article 61 of the Magna Carta and Lawful Rebellion!
Lawful Rebellion provides for a simple recourse for the People;
The Right to refuse payment of any form of Taxes, Fines, or any other payments which would be used to benefit or support said unlawful actions of the Government. The Right to refuse to abide by any Law, Legislation, or other Statutory instrument which has been put in place invalidly by said unlawful government which violates any Constitutional safeguard. To obstruct in any possible way, any actions of the treasonous government of a Nation that has broken the safeguards put in place by the Constitution, This obstruction is to be done with no violence at all! Only Lawful obstruction allowed through the Freedoms guaranteed to us by our Constitution as well as Article 61 of the Magna Carta.
Above is a list of three actions, that we as a People can rely on Article 61 and what it allows for. A Freeman will exercise his Rights to engage in Lawful Rebellion.
