Is Iran low key helping Trump out, by forcing the media to say this type of thing is okay, thus admitting Russia, Russia, Russia wasn't a crime?

Trump did resist the deep state's urgings to war with Iran in 2019 when Iran, or someone in Iran, shot down the American drone.
