The weapon is compact and the light is invisible. Nobody would feel anything until later. Is there a better explanation for what happened?

For IR lasers, I think they can be detected by Android phones, or camera/ scopes that use nite vision. Also safety glasses are avail as well. This is a faggety Antifa technique of violence. Will be nice when we can have unbiased rule of law. F*ck you commie scum!
