Please help! How much ivermectin to give for cancer?

My mom has terminal pancreatic cancer and the oncologist has stopped treatment and recommended hospice. They're giving her just weeks to live.

I just bought the ivermectin horse paste. I know its a long shot. Hail Mary at this point.

I know many here have experience. Please help. How much should i dose her with? Will there be any negative side effects?

You can purchase ivermectin made in the USA through this website: https://allfamilypharma.com/ They have doctors available for consult, I believe. I just watched a short video recently - may have been a link from here(?), about a doctor who prescribed ivermectin as a last ditch effort for a man with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and it fully cured the man.
