The article is about eastern WA residents being ready. The article says dry to makes it think fires but between Sept 21-26 there were over 100 earthquakes at Hanford Nuclear plant. Eastern Washingtonians lean Red. What are they planning? DEW? ECW or some other geo engineering.

So basically a reporter desperate for a story decided to tie Washington state news to national news and called the red cross official to create this short article out of that conversation.
