I have seen the MSM say cloud seeding is a Conspiracy Theory. This is the 70th Anniversary of the first hurricane seeding experiment. The U.S. Air Force seeded a hurricane, and that hurricane made a radical left turn into Savannah, Georgia. (www.aoml.noaa.gov)
