As previously reported, the FBI arrested an Afghan national who was plotting an ISIS-inspired Election Day terrorist attack.

Ridiculous...even contract guard force (which there is minimal) all are subject to a TS/SCI Counterintelligence polygraph.

Edit: Contract security in AFG. Different story. PAshtuns don't poly well.
