The reason F.E.M.A was literally stealing donations and life saving supplies was so they could be reappropriated to the 'less fortunate'. Yes you read that correctly. Plain english, they stole donations to deliver to Sanctuary Cities and People of Color or the LGBTQ community in other locations. That means even other states ! Non disaster areas not impacted or other places, all in the name of 'justice'.

When you look at the scope of this 'initiative' you quickly see it bleeds into EVERY Government department as a literal Religious LAW. POC and sexual deviants are the priority, EVERY step of the way. Remember Former FEMA employee Celeste Solum left after she was asked to swear an oath to satan !

What is behind this is the KIGALI PRINCIPLE AND THE KALGERI PLAN. The Kigali Principle is an agreement that was signed by Clinton and Obama linking us the the U.N and like NATO is an all for one, one for all club that defends one another. Except that when the right protocol is achieved the 27 countries can enter the U.S. to defend you guessed it, 'those less fortunate' or essentially Justice 40 Protocol recipients. It started as the Kalgeri Plan and was outed, so they changed names and morphed it into the Kigali Principle.

Now to wrap your mind around this. Every person coming across the border is a Justice 40 candidate. And when the streets light up after the elections they are in danger and what happens now ? The U.N. under the Kigali Principles will show up to defend those in danger against the white man, the military and the 3% Pushing back against it. Marshall Law will be in play and now we have to forget about the National Gaurd. Why ? Because the states sent all their weapons to Ukraine. So we will have a division not only in suburbia, but within the military. Team Q will be inside the military fighting off the satanists within.
