Not cool, I'd consider it an act of war for a foreigner to vote for the other guys. My opinion should be no different just because they appear to be voting for the person I prefer.
No, there should be voter ID and prosecution of non-citizens who vote.
And there should be severe punishment for those who cheat; loss of citizenship, a huge fine, permanent ban from government/military/law enforcement work and jail time.
Well I agree, although I think that is a tall order. We can certainly make it very difficult, but criminals and traitors with resources and intent can likely get around any protection we get put in place.
We can put in a lot of protections, and we should.
