it was satisfying to see margarine decline. it was really satisfying to see fake meat fail right out of the gate. no way this is going to be accepted.
Margarine to me is one of the greatest arguments against environmentalists… no, really.
I remember back in the 90’s when margarine was the healthy alternative to butter, trans fats were awesome and a high carb diet was the way to go. THE SCIENCE WAS SETTLED!!!!!
Now margarine and trans fats are a health boogeyman, and the food pyramid has been debunked.
Remember that when you question global warming and are told the science is settled.
