He may be fulfilling the 10 days of darkness (comms) during the literal 10 days of darkness we are experiencing with the sky right now. The day light is not showing through as normal. Blue skies with wisps of cloud still show a darkened haze that has left the skies dark compared to normal ambient light since Super Tuesday
