India with a population of 6 billion manages to tally their votes in a single day.
I've been to Arizona, and I do realize some of them share one tooth amongst the entire family, taking turns to chew their dinner but short of cheating, what explanation can be given for their failure to count ballots in the same time frame as the rest of the country?
Ok, maybe 6 billion was a mistake on my part or maybe you do not realize there are 7 billion blacks in America, but census workers are too afraid to go into the hood, so they estimate too low.
