How come low level standard soldiers get the book thrown at them for telling the American people the truth, while the high ranking officials and talking heads consistently tell blatant lies to the American people and get cushy retirements? Doesn’t seem fair
The lower level is taking the (perceived) patriotic position and executing what they think will help the public.
The high officials are told to do it by their handlers.
