You'll only deter those who plan on cheating. Honest people can be poll workers with no problem. Unless you are saying only one side can be honest?
Not the honest ones… And we want to Deter those that aren’t.. Your comment is much like saying if you take the criminals off the street, Good people won’t want to venture outside ..
