I'm not sure if it's anyone specific.

From this i get the feeling it's more than one person looking for a hook in the DJT admin through him, and he's seen a pattern, so now he's saying "STFU" to all the brown-nosing going on, because he has more important things to do. They had their chance, and blew it by running away when the going got tough.
