Normally I agree...however for things like this it would be best if the public had some headsup so that they can understand what is going on.

Its not Trump acting as a dictactor but rather Trump using the law. If he just does it then people will be confused and the Dictator narrative is easier to sell and his backers wont be able to explain it to friends and family without a little preeducation.
