Out of all the anti-competitive practices they could've ruled on, out of all their businesses, particularly advertising, they picked "you have a popular browser" as their case, where it will hurt them rather marginally. Still doesn't cast any light into their search result manipulations, and they will be able to get a sizable load of cash, while still retaining significant leverage.
