Bombogenesis Cyclone.. they just like to refer it as Bomb Cyclone for the usual reasons. Get some rough days in WA every year, always have. I remember as a kid once we were holding our jackets out cuz the wind was making us zoom backwards faster than our lil feet could keep us up, for fun. Another time we had an old torn up parachute that we were using to jump off the roof with because the wind would jet us back then down a lil rough but, no harm done.... glad parents didnt see us doing that lolol.
