It can happen so I do believe it is necessary to reform law enforcement...no one can be a member of any masonic system and no unions for civil service employees...8 hours of pay for 8hrs of bodycam footage ( 360 )...a stronger DOD level background checks...and a love of the Bill of Rights going forward would be really decent of them as well.
