"cis" makes me think "cyst" that is 'unwanted or bothersome'. eg:

"YOU'RE A CYST OF A WOMAN. UNWANTED OR BOTHERSOME TO US REAL MEN PRETENDING TO BE WOMEN!"

I actually agree with elon on this that 'cis' is a slur.
