Congress has the Constitutional authority to lay taxes...16th amendment to the Constitution. CONGRESS..the legislative branch...where laws are written to be signed by POTUS

The 16th is a CONstitutional amendment. It can and should be repealed.

Taxation is theft! Income tax is theft! personal property/property tax is theft!
