The UK has limited freedom of speech, we have hate crime and we do have a bill of rights. This comes from Magna Carta and the Charter of the Forest, this charter was submerged into other laws but is still there hidden away.

And thanks to Phoney Tony we can't have firearms, I was fond of 7.62mm FN's at one time of my life.
