False flag is when someone takes an action while claiming to be someone they are not.

Come from maritime battles. So you have a ship attacking someone and you leave survivors. What do the survivors know? Well they know the flag that the ship was flying. So a British ship, sporting a Spanish flag attacking a French ship would be an example.

In this case we have someone that runs franchises within the Jewish general hospital. If that person was really that anti Semitic then they would not spend their life’s energy in that way. They would have a Starbucks elsewhere.

However if they are rabidly pro Jewish; then joining a protest and being the most rabidly anti Semitic person there would make the whole crowd / protest look bad. Aka a false flag attack.

We also get lots of false flag attacks when police dress up as black block and then start initiating violence.
