Biden stated other pardons being considered....perhaps the whole Democratic party too. Fauci will get one. I can see it now, precedent setting.

Correct.

However, SCOTUS ruled that the individual does not yet have to be indicted or convicted to receive a POTUS pardon, (see Ex Parte Garland 1866).

Interestingly, there is no record of any legal challenges to any POTUS pardon as of yet, but this is not saying there cannot be.
