They will KILL everyone in a nursing home, intubate and mistreat everyone in the hospital... but 1 person that likes to complain and beat people up... we can say that guy was unjustly killed.

It really is just a cover up for their active crimes. Create chaos in the streets so normal people will not feel safe for a real peaceful protest.
