Not all of them, but most of them. Very hard to catch quality video from the ground at night of a moving object doing 50-100 mph at 2000' away. Not without the latest FLIR. MIL being told to stand down. IMO, it's USSF and NNSA/NEST looking for an RDD or mini-nuke. And they don't want to spook the public with the big helos designed to search for such signatures.
