This may be unrelated. In Q post 3546, a pic of 3 guys at gitmo holding up signs to hide their faces. The middle guys shirt has 18 stars around a Q with a number 45 too. The guy to right, his shirt has 17 stars around a Q and holding a sign referencing Bread 8672.
