Walmart drones don’t have lights like that. Just out of curiosity I went outside for a while in CT and saw a few. Two for sure ,one has been hovering in same spot ,possibly over Sikorsky factory and another went by fairly close and was definitely not a plane or helicopter They have a very distinct light pattern and make no sounds like planes
