The Congressional Resolution Bill contains references to the establishment and maintenance of "12 regional biocontainment laboratories." The general public are just now finding out what we've known for the past four years; that our government funds and deploys bioweapons around the world.

They put a lot of CRAP in that bill. Not only biolabs but mask, vaccine mandates, vax passports, lockdowns etc. Also put in "language" changes - criminals were to be called "justice involved persons" or some such bullshit.
